We are excited to invite you to join us as a vendor at the Fireside Moon Bazaar on February 1st, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This year, we’re moving to a new, more accessible location at the Lloyd Center Hilton Exhibit Hall in Portland, Oregon, which promises to offer even better foot traffic, increased visibility, and greater access to public transit for attendees.

Here are some key details for the event:

• New Location: Lloyd Center Hilton Exhibit Hall, Portland, OR
• Date & Time: February 1st, 2025 | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Free Vendor Parking
• Free Power (in select spaces)
• Spaces starting at $100 for a 10X10 booth
• Ideal timing for Imbolc and Valentine’s Day customers

This event is a great opportunity to showcase your products and services to a larger audience. The increased foot traffic and prime location will help attract more potential customers.

(we will do our best to not place multiple of the same craft or practice together).

First come first served for consultant-type vendors like Paparazzi, Pampered Chef, Nail Street, Epicure, Color Street, Red Aspen, Scentsy, and Pruvit etc. If we have duplicate registrations for these brands, you’ll be notified and refunded.
